(Seychelles News Agency) - The Six Senses Zil Pasyon, the latest hotel to open in Seychelles, is already creating buzz. The luxury resort has been listed by the CNN Business Traveller as one of the top hot new hotels to look out for in 2017.

The new resort opened in September last year has also gotten reviews from the UK’s Condé Nast Traveller and the Telegraph. The Luxury Travel Expert has featured Sixth Senses Zil Pasyon on its  list of Top 10 best luxury resorts in the Seychelles and Africa’s most astonishing beach retreats.

Six Senses Zil Pasyon, located on Félicité, the fifth-largest island of the Seychelles archipelago in the western Indian Ocean, has 30 villas and will soon open a spa which has been erected in and atop majestic rock formations.

The sales, marketing and communication manager, Jennifer Delord, said in a press statement that the hotel draws on the renowned perspective of Six Senses in ‘providing innovative top-tier facilities’.

The Asian-based Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, which started in 1995, creates places in which guests can reconnect, in settings of incredible natural beauty together with exceptional experiences. Zil Pasyon is a first venture for the group in the Seychelles.

Delord said, “The resort with unsurpassed vistas of the ocean and surrounding islands also boast several dining venues, from the open air lounge style of The Island Café to the formal experience of Wine Vault.”

The resort, located off the northeast of La Digue, the third-most populated island of Seychelles, is already beckoning the rich and famous such as American supermodel and fashioned designer Ashley Graham, who posted a photo of her on the ice-cream tricycle of Zil Pasyon.

The resort offers other recreational activities such as visits to neighbouring islands including Praslin and La Digue, fishing trips and other water activities.
